What do you like best? I absolutely love the email automation system and the ease with which I can set it up once and just forget about. The options available to me are endless and I can easily add tags to each subscriber of the automation list based on their level of interest and their activity (clicked on link, attempted to purchase etc). User friendly for non-techies and techies alike

What do you like best? I like the User Experience the best. From the start, it was intuitive for a non-technical user. We were using SharpSpring before and could never really get the hang of it. Even our SharpSpring specialist was having trouble getting certain features to work. With ActiveCampaign, features worked and everything was straightforward to set-up.
