What do you like best? -Active Campaign is simple, and easy to use. -Before we bought Active Campaign, we were also considering Constant Contact, and MailChimp. Constant Contact had more features, but their customer service would not stop harassing us, they called all the time!!! Mailchimp, was too simple of a program. What do you like best? Love how easy it is to set up multiple email campaigns. The in-boxing and open rates are great. What do you dislike? Not much to complain about here. I'm very satisfied. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We send out email campaigns for multiple clients. I've also recommended that several of them use active campaign themselves. Some who have more complex needs are switching from Constant Contact & Mail Chimp.

What do you like best? Active Campaign is the all-in-one marketing platform unicorn that I didn't know I needed until I started using it. Amazing overall experience and possibilities.

What do you like best? Customization of a CRM and having custom mail and domain server. What do you dislike? Sometimes the API and some Zapier integrations are not working properly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lowering advertising budgets while growing conversions and increasing user retention.

An Excellent Combo for Email and CRM

What do you like best? If you need both a CRM and an email provider, AC is the best out there. I tried several and all failed at one or the other, but AC was solid all around for both features. What do you like best? I like that setting up my CRM and automations was really easy. After purchasing an existing business, we had a steep learning curve and ActiveCampaign let us get rapidly up to speed in communicating with our database of clients. Great tool, excellent results

What do you like best? Ability to create a variety of automations. What do you dislike? Hard to say. Maybe the UI needs to be updated and add complex filters when generating reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Many. We can set multiple triggers, automate what were once manual tasks for us.

Good CRM with automation

What do you like best? easy to use and customise crm along with automations and ability to use automation templates What do you dislike? cost is a little high and there are some connection issues sometimes with gmail plugin and lack of connection with a lot of platforms meaning you must add a layer of more moving parts by using zapier What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to Use

What do you like best? I like how easy the platform is to use and set up. What do you dislike? I don't like the new screen for deals, it's less user friendly for marking won/lost. AC has been a life saver and helped us follow up and send email blasts.
