What do you like best? ActiveCampaign is a very affordable CRM for small business owners. I enjoy the contact management, list engagement and campaign building options. What do you like best? I like that AC has the ability to integrate with mindbody and you can complete other integrations with apps like Zapier. What do you like best? As noted in the title, this company has provided absolutely phenomenal support. I had originally been researching infusionsoft and found a few comments from users that had issues with the automations and their concerns about having to pay for a "guru" to help them resolve their issues.
