What do you like best? It's not confusing like Mailchimp. It is so easy to understand, but also incredibly powerful. The automation system is visual and clearly shows when you're adding tags, moving them to another automation, waiting 3 days, and anything else you can think of. What do you like best? The support is one of the best I habe experienced so far. Super fast and very helpful. When I was new to the whole automation building they took the time to build this up with me. Loved this. The platform has a good structure and emails get send very fast. What do you dislike? The forms to integrate into your websites are not the coolest, it is better to use your site builder forms for it or build your own. It can be tricky to get into all the features ...

What do you like best? I love fine tuning my automations and the user interface is very intuitive! What do you dislike? I lterally haven't found anything I dislike yet! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to market for my programs and to send reminders to my students and clients. I love not having to think about it and the endless ways I can create groups with tags.

What do you like best? Love love love the automation features. The automations map UI is laid out very well and it's very simple to use. As a small team, automating as much as possible is a huge time-saver and frees me up to work on other things. Another thing I really liked was the onboarding team. What do you like best? I like how easy Active Campaign is to use. Very often, email marketing can be held back due to the lack or design or development support in a team. Active Campaign allows me, a novice, to easily put together campaigns. The reporting is also great. It is easy to see how many clicks, opens, by who, etc. What do you dislike?
