What do you like best? I really liked the on boarding process and the complete systems they help you put in place. They have a lot of systems and templates already in place for you to use. They have so many features and ways to help grow your business! What do you dislike? Not much, it's an overall great CRM. Loving Active Campaign to bits

What do you like best? Many things. Customer support is excellent, they are easy to chat with and responds quickly. I especially love their follow up. The UI and ease of navigation is fantastic as compared to many of the other Email Service Providers that I use. Love the workflows etc. What do you dislike? Love Active Campaign!

What do you like best? It's easy to use and for anything complicated they have a video. I was able to easily transfer my contacts from my previous provider. What do you dislike? Nothing so far, I have found everything pretty straight forward. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been able to build an email list and collect emails finally. I struggled with a Weber in the past.

Happy about the new E-Mail Program, some little things might be improved!

What do you like best? How easy you can design campaigns, that you only pay for active contacts What do you dislike? That you can't resend E-Mails from Automations and that you always have to design a new Opt In E-Mail etc. :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Loved ActiveCampaign so much I became a reseller/consultant!

What do you like best? Being able to create complex automations, while keeping the user-interface pretty simple and easy to understand. I used to have to use LucidCharts just to explain the entire process to end-users/clients and now I just pull up the ActiveCampaign automation map. I also really love the integrations with tools like Zapier. Many email automation platforms don't have the same amount of "openness" that I feel ActiveCampaign does! What do you dislike?
