Easy to use and lots of great features

What do you like best? Email and marketing automation functions. Also seeing web activity of contacts What do you dislike? Forms are bit restrictive and inflexible. Had some problems with google sheet integrations. Some time delay on support queries What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? want to contact clients with minimal manual effort, I can do this easily and amend and update the automations easily.

Wonderful Onboarding

What do you like best? For as an email novice the onboarding was fantastic, as well as the free migration service. It really helped me not to get overwhelmed in the beginning. I also like the ease on how to add banners/pop ups or a chat window to the website without any special knowledge. What do you dislike? It’s complicated but works

What do you like best? I’m on the fence with ActiveCampaign. Moving from Infusionsoft/Keap, I was looking for a system that was more user friendly (and fun) and well known/accessible for hiring an assistant. ActiveCampaign is rather easy to use, maybe not at first, but I quickly got familiar with it thanks to the available tutorials (very educational videos, with a clear diction and illustrations, for non native speakers that's a bonus).
