Great solution for automation

What do you like best? You can automate your marketing and leads nurturing campaigns sending the perfect message to the right lead/person. You can manage your team and it is a great CRM. I love it. What do you dislike? I think the price is high. I am very happy with the service but I would really like it to be less expensive What problems are you solving with the product? Robust Software; Couldn't Use All the Features Effectively

I like how Active Campaign integrates all of my contacts into one platform and makes it fairly simple to keep track at a macro and micro level of who is in my pipeline and next steps. Great marketing platform for small business!

What do you like best? ActiveCampaign has the "muscle" to run automated campaigns, complete with time delays, if/else branching, and other advanced features. The CRM is robust. Email campaigns are simple to create. But the best thing about AC is their support team. Not only is everything available inline, but the support team knows how to help with easy and advanced questions, and can provide advice on creating automated campaigns that are easily re-usable. Provides a clear overview and simplifies processes

What do you like best? The overview of contacts and leads and the simplicity of its use. What do you dislike? The limitations of certain features; that could be more extended. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better insights in leads and clients. Spending less time on processes that can be automatised.
