Lots of power and potential 'under the hood' but feels like I'm stuck in 2012 for the UX/UI

What do you like best? ActiveCampaign is one of the best in the industry when it comes to email automation, segmentation, and omni-channel communication. What do you like best? I love the automations tool. It's so easy to use! What do you dislike? Email formatting and media gallery. Sometimes the emails get distorted based on the sizing and I have to ask my graphic designer to slice them up so they are smaller. What do you like best? The automation part. Easy to use and a ton of opportunities. What do you dislike? I would like that there CRM were more than it is. So we could have everything in one software. Easy But Powerful

What do you like best? I finally left aweber after 10+ years to create my "sexy backend" with Active Campaign. I'm embarrassed to say that I purchased it and left it unused for 6 months because I made up in my head that it was going to be hard. Spoiler: it wasn't! What do you like best? The Tag system is super handy for organizing and narrowing-down on niche audiences. The analytics are easy to find and actionable. BEST email service (and more) I've used so far!

What do you like best? Super easy to operate interface, very thorough analytics, easy to design, send and manage email campaigns and lists. What do you dislike? nothing I can think of - nada - zilch.... okay g2 if you could accept my answer that would be awesome. What problems are you solving with the product?
