Super simple to use and set up!

What do you like best? I love the work flow - super easy to add auto response emails. What do you dislike? No downsides with Active Campaign, easy to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to set up and implement. I highly recommend. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Active Campaign has allowed me to track my follower and clicks so I know what my audience is interested in.

The Solution for Small Business

What do you like best? Easy to use. Perfect for all my needs. I switched to Active Campaign from Infusionsoft and the move was seamless and so easy. Active Campaign provides many of the same type of options as Infusionsoft at a much more affordable rate. What do you dislike? Cannot easily manage photos when creating emails. What do you like best? The customer service is excellent: quick, clear, and comprehensive responses to my questions. While I can generally sort through the steps to do what I’m trying to accomplish (something else I love, as compared with previous providers), I love knowing that customer support is there as backup and that I won’t be stuck for long when I reach out. Their automation builder is unrestricted in a lot ways - the amount of things you can automate, different paths you can create; their tagging feature is very helpful in segmenting contacts without having to create new fields; their SFDC integration is very tight. What do you like best? I love the fact that I can build systems that can interact with both new prospects and sales reps. It allows me as an admin to stay informed of the sales for the prospects. ActiveCampaign has tons of flexibility and customization but manages to organize them in an easy to understand UI that even non-technical users can learn to utilize effectively. What do you dislike? While specific, the lack of an ability to do math between two fields in the application is one of the few oversights we've found in the automation capabilities. What do you like best? I love the automation and landing page features. This tool has it all. I am so happy with my purchase I wish I had a yearly subscription! What do you dislike?
