What do you like best? ActiveCampaign is bringing so much peace of mind to my business. I've never been an email automations person but now I've finally started piecing that together. It's really easy and straightforward to use, plus its easy to train my team to help me too when I'm busy. Highly recommend checking it out. What do you like best? I really like how easy the tutorials are to follow and that the are constantly making updates to the platform. What do you dislike? I can't say much bad for them. What do you like best? The dashboard gives a wonderful view of what's happening and easy access to various features. And the way that contacts are managed is helpful-as it allows you to manage people across lists. What do you like best? Active Campaign has a ton of extra features that it's competitors either charge more for or just don't have. And the pricing for these features is very competitive. It's a great service especially for small to medium sized businesses. What do you dislike? They don't like sending affiliate links. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Segmenting my list of customers and sending the right messages at the right times.

ActiveCampaign is a better platform at a fairer price

What do you like best? I'm about to set up campaigns in a visual interview and navigating through the system is way more intuitive than other platforms. What do you dislike? Honestly, I just wish more people knew about ActiveCampaign and weren't suffering through the use of their current confusing CRMs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm a consultant and I help companies set up automation as part of their company growth strategy.

Easy to Use, Effective, and Solid Open Rates

What do you like best? I like how non-technical it is and that the open rates are strong. What do you dislike? I wish they had more integration options for shopping carts, or their own native one.
