What do you like best? Best cost/benefit on the market, easy user interface, rich training material (they just uploaded a bunch of articles in my native idiom), integrates with all web platforms I needed, automation resource is complete and powerful (I coudn't automate certains actions with my previous email marketing software). What do you like best? ActiveCampaign is very intuitive and easy to use. Once you get the feel for the platform and understand the terms they use it is a breeze. What do you like best? The analytics are fantastic and I love being able to retarget my audiences easily. What do you dislike? It is less used within my profession so I sometimes have difficulty getting questions answered What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It's super powerful, yet can work functionally really easily. Plus it's cheap compared to it's competitors. What do you dislike? They've got a team but also you get assigned a person for a particular issue so you don't end up bouncing around at all. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike so far ...
