What do you like best? We're a small business and we've had to set up our own email campaigns. I connected with a customer service associate over a video call and she was extremely helpful in educating me to get everything set up. What do you dislike? The cost is a bit high for the number of contacts that we have, and we don't email very often. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is like a bag of snakes. The design is appalling and a nightmare to navigate. For a small or medium company, if you want to use it then you need a trained programmer full time.its one of those products that started as a simple prospect manager and which has had so many features piled on it, its like feeling your way in a fog.
