Active Campaign is very user-friendly and has features that I really appreciate, such as separate lists for segmenting your audience, automation for your funnels, and being able to create your own templates to match your branding. Great CRM with Simplicity and Flexibility

What do you like best? I feel that the UI experience is really intuitive and simple to use - for beginners and intermediates. I've used several CRM services such as Getresponse, Aweber, Infusionsoft, Market Hero, and by far I feel Active Campaign allows me to do all the intricate automations I want without losing any of the simplicity. Easy to use, solid system, with end-to-end solutions

What do you like best? The metrics that are provided are thorough and straight forward. What do you dislike? Some design features aren't easy to use. Thankfully you put an undo button in! That was the worst. Need to improve working with the template blocks. Constant Contact is much easier to work with when spacing, adding photos, text blocks, margins, etc.. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving time with automation strategies.

What do you like best? The product is very Easy to use, without any onbording. juste few hours and you're ready to go. Very powerful automations able to detect your website visitors and tag them accordingly. What do you dislike? Mail automation made easy

What do you like best? The UI to manage leads and the mailing flows is great and it makes the job simple. With the CRM integration I love to see how my contacts move forward on my conversion funnel. (In my case is a pure e-mail sale). What do you dislike? Probably the fact that when the payloads are huge the webpage gets stuck a little bit, usually refreshing solves the issue but maybe I'd like to see this better resolved.
