"Not that great."
What do you like best about Acquire? A widget shows on my website and agents are able to chat with users. What do you dislike about Acquire? Slow, unreliable, customer service response times are slow, lacks features, expensive. What problems is Acquire solving and how is that benefiting you? It seems as they are either new or growing too quickly as I continue to have ongoing, small issues with them.

"Has been a useful tool for our team, but is somewhat buggy."
What do you like best about Acquire? The chatbox supports many file types making it easy for us to get additional detail and help our users more effectively. Being able to snip an image from my screen and then immediately copy/paste into the chatbox is great. While not all businesses will need this functionality, it is a big part of the value-add for our team. Also, the analytics screen is useful to quickly see load distribution among team members. "Game Changer for Live Chat"
What do you like best about Acquire? This platform is exactly what we were looking for. The installation and configuration process is ultra-lightweight (simple JavaScript inclusions). Acquire enables our call center team to communicate with members across multiple domains and the experience is seamless. What do you dislike about Acquire? What do you like best about Acquire? Acquire made it easy for us to integrate their solution into our proprietary website. What do you like best about Acquire? I like the format of the chat display and features. I like that it shows active and pending and switches when chats are reactivated. I like that we can set hours and holidays and collab with fellow acquire agents on cases or chats. The co browse feature is very helpful. What do you like best about Acquire? I appreciate that our Account Manager is very responsive. Even when he doesn't know the answer, he gets back to us quickly.
