Really frustrating system
Really frustrating system. Customer service is hit and miss, emails are ignored. Feel like since they have been taken over by Access Group, we have become a number. We are now looking for a new system as I feel like they really don't care.

Poor Customer Service
I mirror the comments in the other reviews about the customer service. I’m certain the customer support is being delivered from a different country based on some of the responses received, you can no longer speak on the phone to anyone (unless you want to purchase something) and if you ask anything after 2pm its ignored until the next day. The software (when working) is good.

Bizzare experience of going round in circles. I was eventually informed I had been sold the incorrect customer services plan. I just need help to log into the website, nothing more.

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? People HR is a great tool for human resource management. It is very easy to apply and approve holidays and track overtime. The tool provides an extensive profile for every employee which makes HR management a breeze. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? There is very little to dislike about People HR. "Want after sale support? Forget it!"
What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? Appraisal function is good. The rest is yet to be see. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? Customer service and after-sale support - worst experience I have ever had. Holiday approver set up is impossible. We cannot get PeopleHR to sync with MS Outlook which means users have to manuually enter their holiday bookings to their calendar in Outlook which is what we use for meeting schedulling. Asking for a code via email everytime I log in instead of my password. Noticed it used 10% of my battery just running in the background.
