We have had recent service outages and a lack of empathy when missing deadline adjusting employee numbers, it seems we are just a number and not a client to be looked after.

Terrible customer service
Since PeopleHR became Access the customer support has been abysmal. You can't get through to anyone, I've tried numerous times to be set up on their support portal. Instead of previously just being able to chat with someone when you had a quick query, you now spend time trying to find even a contact name or number. Terrible customer service and a real shame because the product used to be good, as did the support.

Great service
Scott helped me today, and he suggested the proper steps to fix something we needed help with. He was very supportive, and he has always been very willing to help and resolve any issues.

Outages and no apparent resolution - no response to e-mail
Below its an excerpt from an e-mail I sent to our original sales contact in People HR on 19th January - I have not had a response yet. ".......Long story short we are having issues and my team feel that their concerns are not being dealt with in a meaningful way that could improve their experiences – whilst issues are being resolved the underlying cause is not being addressed. Constant technical issues and poor customer service.
Terrible customer service and constant technical issues. What makes it worse is that when you provide proof of these issues they are still insistent there is not a problem. The ATS was meant to help our business but it has caused nothing but issues with our recruitment process. Since being taken over by access group…
Since being taken over by access group the reliability of the system is questionable, customer service has deteriorated. Also trying to put a major price increase on the invoice without prior warning. Was a great system, a shame.

We have been with PeopleHR for 2+ years…
We have been with PeopleHR for 2+ years and cannot wait to leave this terrible platform. From being mis sold when joining to extremely rude customer service. The systems are continuously down meaning we do not have any access for hours/days at a time, with no customer support available, it is treated as a waiting game for when the systems will be next working. Terrible Customer Service
Customer support is unresponsive, no contact possible by phone, e-mail correspondance is drawn out and you end up dealing with multiple people to get an answer. Declined continually as a service, steer clear at all costs!
