Needed more time
Jack was great - really easy to listen to and great at what he does - Jack gets 5 stars. I have marked it down to 4 stars for PeopleHR training overall - with the ATS Package you need at least 1.5 days in total. Because we didn't have enough time in the first session we'll need to buy another session. That's the only negative i can think of, overall a really positive experience.

Kallum’s enthusiasm and knowledge of Queries and Ripples in the PeopleHR system is absolutely excellent and makes for very engaging sessions! He explains the processes really well and makes training easy to understand and follow. With Kallum’s help, we have learnt and accomplished so much that we had been struggling to understand. He has helped us to achieve some great results in a short space of time. Thank you Kallum!

A rocky start to an issue with a good…
A rocky start to an issue with a good end! We have been a PeopleHR customer for 4 years & overall the system is fairly good with some excellent features. Like any system this doesn't come without it's challenges (e.g. implementation of effective dates & general customisation of the system). Overall the first line chat for when there is an issue appear to lack knowledge & it is only when you raise with the technical team that you find a solution to issues. Jack Tuhey's MS Teams based training session was such a great introduction to People HR. He was clear, concise and structured in his approach making the training easy to follow. All our questions were answered and he put them in to context. Very impressed.

From point of sale to data migration, experience is ok. From then on, experience is not so good. There is no consistency between what was promised and what is being offered.

We have used the PeopleHR platform since 2016. It is reliable and easy to use - far better than other systems we have previously used
