What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? DISSATISFIED WITH POOR SUPPORT
I'm writing this review in order to get someone from PeopleHR to make contact with me as I am dissatisfied with the amateurish online support received and despite asking to be referred to a manager or better still our company account manager that hasn't worked and there seems to be NO other way to speak to a customer service advisor. The organisation's name is Over the Wall and you can review the online 'support' conversation on record against my name and reach out to me thereafter.

What a brilliant idea
What a brilliant idea. I inherited PeopleHR when I started in post and due to Covid and other circumstances haven't had any system training, these short sessions are ideal to ensure I get the most out of our HRIS. ATS Function would also be a good training session

Use of Hotsheets/ API was very brief…
Use of Hotsheets/ API was very brief and I would have liked to have had a live example to work through. Linked guide (982331-excel-hotsheets) also is not clear on what query name to use- I've cut and paste the name of the query I created but it doesn't seem to work

So far so good
So far so good. I have just signed up as a new client and the system is quite straight forward. The userguides on the website and help section provide clear information and are very well written. I had training with Jack and he is very knowledgeable.
