Every step of the process was clearly explained, and everything was done as planned. The answers to the questions raised there come fast. Also, we had flexibility where it was needed during the project, for which we are quite grateful.

"Good - a bit clunky but does the job"
What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? The reporting functionality of the system works well, it seems to be a HRIS that is written and developed by process-driven developers so it does exactly what you want a HRIS to do What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? ATS loosing applicants via indeed…
ATS loosing applicants via indeed integration. Support know it's an issue and say it is being investigated, nothing added to the service status. This is a massive data loss issue. We have lost many applications. This issue has been going on for many days support do not take issues seriously.

HELP !!!
I am reaching out in the hope that I can make sense of where we are with PeopleHR. There are so many areas which we find difficult to use but I’m not convinced we understand enough about the system to make a judgement. I’m also not convinced we have customised it well enough and unsure where to go from here. We have found the support terrible. I would love Access to have a conversation with us to help move this forward, be it we need training or a different kind of support.

Charlie Hall delivered the training for our People HR superuser group, as a fellow L&D professional his manner, pace, tone and interest in the subject matter was superb. Nothing was too much trouble and he worked with 'us' not for us. i would highly recommend his training and the platform

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? It provides the platform for HR to manage its day to day TAsk, Its Attendance system which makes it easy to manage everything easily without any blunders What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?
