Great overall system for marketing agencies

What do you like best? Accelo has the capacity for everything from tickets, to projects, to recurring work, to billing, to contacts, to tracking time. It's a complete package. What do you dislike? There is very little flexibility when it comes to planning meetings, especially recurring. Also, sometimes glitches with emails getting auto-archived, which is really terrifying. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to work my way. I wasn't shoe-horned into Accelo's way of thinking. They provided multiple avenues to accomplish the same thing. It tells me everything I need to do at work, when I need to do it

What do you like best? Task triggers. I live in account management, and being able to set criteria that determine if a customer is due for follow-up is a game-changer.
