Accelo has made life a lot easier!
What do you like best? Accelo is so robust and the best thing about it is how much more accurately we can track time, budgets, timelines and cost/expenses. Accelo has streamlined our invoicing process as we no longer have to use an outside time tracker with the software that generates our invoices. What do you dislike? We have found that the templates (invoices, estimates, etc.) are a bit limited as far as customization, we have to send most of them to clients outside of Accelo. ...

Excellent business management software. Easy to use and navigate. Would recommend!
What do you like best? The several options available for creating tasks, meetings, reports. I also love the integrations with other apps and softwares. What do you dislike? Project Management Made Simple
What do you like best? What I like the most about Accelo is how projects can be broken down into Milestones and Tasks. I also like how all of the clients communication are in one place and whatever you need is one search away. Daily and Weekly timesheets makes it easy to review your entire day, see your entire week in one place, log time that you might've forgotten to log. Goolge G Suite integration is pretty awesome too! Powerful and Flexible
What do you like best? It's very flexible. The amount of custom fields and the expansive API open up many, many possibilities. Although I wouldn't say the software is simple to use, for the complexity they do seem to make it relatively easy to build automations. What do you dislike? The mobile app could use significant work. It's not as "sexy" as newer software. Definitely feels like software that was designed 10 years ago and hasn't had a full UX re-design in a long time. What ...

Excellent product, very customizable
What do you like best? The ability to automate and create triggers, as well as their project management capabilities. What do you dislike? Integration with Ninja could be better than it currently is, although this is likely a limitation on Ninja's side. Ninja cannot push a ticket into Accelo via the API, it has to be done via email, and attached screenshots are not included. What problems are you solving with the product? Great system for businesses to keep track of what is going on
What do you like best? Keeping track of payroll, tickets, and projects is awesome in Accelo. Not having to double enter invoices and purchases as they auto-sync with Xero. And the biggest integration with google g-suite means we don't miss emails from clients. What do you dislike? It is sometimes difficult to figure out how workflows work for our team. Time Tracking Made Easy!
What do you like best? How user-friendly time tracking is with my meetings being linked to my Google Calendar. Being able to start a lot of different timers at a time is a definitely a plus for people that are multi-tasking and want to keep an accurate breakdown of their time spend on each task. Sturdy Project/Client Management System
What do you like best? I like the transition from lead to sale/client, it's very intuitive and easy to use. Other sites have you manually convert leads, which it time consuming. What do you dislike?
