What do you like best about 800.com? Customization of the online dashboard of features such as voicemail, forwarding, and phone log reports. What do you dislike about 800.com? I don't have any dislikes, overall I really the platform. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? I had an issue forwarding the call; however, I found and got it to work. The benefit is having the appearance of a larger company.

What do you like best about 800.com? Our company has been using this for a while now. No complaints. Service does exactly what we need it to. What do you dislike about 800.com? Wish they would come down on the price a little bit or come up with a TXT-only plan.
