"Very easy setup"

What do you like best about 800.com? The setup of the system was very easy and done quickly What do you dislike about 800.com? Unable to set or control the number of rings the incoming call. If I can not reach my phone in 3 rings, it disconnects. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? One central phone number to be able to reach different departments in multiple locations.

What do you like best about 800.com? It is effortless to set up core functions like custom voicemail messages, call-waiting music and call forwarding options. What do you dislike about 800.com? I would like to use 800.com more for texting capabilities but that feature does not seem developed. "800.com Works"

What do you like best about 800.com? No need for hardware. Ability to forward extensions to cell phones. Pricing. We also use HUBspot with it. What do you dislike about 800.com? Inability to respond to inbound texts from the interface. It works great otherwise. I really love it. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? No need for a receptionist. No need for a PBX. Ability to save money by virtualizing. Great vanity number for marketing. Cost savings and groeth combined.

"Easy to sign up!"

What do you like best about 800.com? It was so easy to find and sign up. The simplest part of starting my business. What do you dislike about 800.com? It becomes a bit out of sight, out of mind. Hard to keep track of what I'm paying for and when. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Honestly, I just needed a number. It is something that I had to have but didn't really want to invest a lot of time doing.

What do you like best about 800.com? What was most helpful was that you can customize verbally or numerically your toll-free number. We used the Call Routing and Auto Attendant tools. "Quick and Easy"

What do you like best about 800.com? I tried originally setting up thru Comcast/local companies, but they made it horrible. So I went to 800.com and got the domain we wanted quickly and easily. Easy to log in and navigate, get bills & set up payment systems. 10/10 What do you dislike about 800.com?
