What do you like best about 800.com? They have very comparable rates to other 800 services and I was able to find all of my customized numbers with the prefix that I wanted. Excellent customer service as well. What do you dislike about 800.com? Not so much a dislike but a challenge getting my messages forwarded to my cell phone and properly setting up a VM. What do you like best about 800.com? It is so easy to use and the price is really reasonable. I don't think there is a better way to utilize a toll-free number for a business! What do you dislike about 800.com? I have not really run into anything that I dislike. I haven't used it a lot yet, but so far so good. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a toll free number makes my company look more professional and offers more options for my clients.

What do you like best about 800.com? Have been using them for about 6 years. Prices are fair and the service fine. The few times I've spoken with anyone the issue was handled. I'd happily refer anyone to them. What do you dislike about 800.com? Nothing really. They did have a rate increase but we were able to adjust my plan for my budget. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? easy and affordable access to a toll free #. makes us look like a bigger company than we are.

What do you like best about 800.com? I like that 800.com has a simple user interface. I like the flexible options for forwarding calls, and I like being able to check my voicemails from any device.
