What do you like best about 800.com? ease of use, quick response, allows for multiple forwarding What do you dislike about 800.com? if not programmed just right, calls are lost without notice Recommendations to others considering 800.com: not a robust system. the quality and dropped calls is frequent. Worth the money! What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? process more calls. If the voicemail timing is not set with ring timing then the calls go off into space

What do you like best about 800.com? What I like most about 800.com is the web UI. I find myself using 800.com to make calls from my computer throughout the day just because it's so easy. What do you dislike about 800.com? I'd like to see better history of calls made. As is, I have to enter (paste) in the phone number I want to call every time. What do you like best about 800.com? It is rather easy to use. I was able to set it up on my own without assistance. What do you dislike about 800.com? It could use more features... It is not easy to say put on a holiday out of office message and switch back when the business reopens... it is a set it and forget it system.
