"Their service is fast and easy to use."

What do you like best about 800.com? I love their interface that gives me the ability to just about anything I need to do with numbers I own such as routing, voicemail, etc. Easy and straightforward. What do you dislike about 800.com? Not much to dislike here. I've experienced no issues with them. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We have multiple phone numbers, and each is managed in a different way. We're not locked into any single method

"Great Service!"

What do you like best about 800.com? Easy communication between clients and our offices. Glad to see they recently allowed images to be texted! What do you dislike about 800.com? Wish I could import contacts from Google Calendar Recommendations to others considering 800.com: none What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems. Benefits are texting an 833 number

We love the fact that we receive notifications of calls and voicemails through text and email. What do you like best about 800.com? 800.com is easy to use and being web-based I can access it from anywhere, including sending faxes and accessing past faxes sent and received. It reduces costs by making a dedicated fax line obsolete. What do you dislike about 800.com? I have been using 800.com for a long time and miss the pay-as-you-go option. The monthly fee ended up being more expensive, but should be worth it if and when we use the service more frequently. Recommendations to others ...

"Look no further"

What do you like best about 800.com? 800.com has it figured out. Their user interface is easy to use and intuitive. They were responsive when I had questions and I was able to speak to a real person. "Very convenient and consistently works"

What do you like best about 800.com? I like being able to hear my voice mail from anywhere anytime as long as I am able to check my email. I like not having to have a dedicated physical line. What do you dislike about 800.com? It would be great if it was free lol! Seriously, it is a great service. I have had it for years without regret or desire to change. "800.com is The Ideal 800# Solution"

What do you like best about 800.com? Very affordable, full feature set, easy user interface. It just works! What do you dislike about 800.com? I do not have any dislikes at this time. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? I've not had any problems. I am a small company that doesn't get very many inbound 800 calls, but I HAVE to have an 800 number. 800.com is perfect for me because it has a very low monthly fee and I can just pay "per use".

Reasonable rates, plans, flexibility, and I get my voicemails emailed right to me for backup and easy reference!
