What do you like best about 800.com? The customer service is amazing. 800.com staff are all about finding the best solution for you to get what you came for...everything! That has been my experience. What do you dislike about 800.com? No complaints so far. I have had an issue here and there and it has been cared for. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? My brand, My name, My toll-free number...Love it.

What do you like best about 800.com? 800.com has been very helpful in scaling the communications outreach for my business. The app/number seamlessly integrates with my mobile phone, and web browsers. What do you dislike about 800.com? The only thing I've noticed that I dislike about 800.com is the lack of an elegant UI. "Excellent solution for buiness"

What do you like best about 800.com? It has all the necessary voicemail tools without the bells/whistles and reliability issues of other solutions - for example Ring. What do you dislike about 800.com? The service works well, not aware of any issues. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Routing low-volume business calls - most of our customer interactions are done via email/text.

The service and pricing was reasonable What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about 800.com? Ease of Setup. I was able to get my 877 number without much difficulty What do you dislike about 800.com? Very complicated configuration. Still having my team struggle with access What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? It gives my customers a more convenient way to get in touch with their sales reps.

What do you like best about 800.com? the voicemail and automation features make it convenient and easy to use What do you dislike about 800.com? nothing much to really dislike about this service What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? right now it solves the issue of having a professional phone number to redirect clients and vendors to easily reach our company

"Great web interface but call routing is sometimes delayed by as much as 11 seconds."

What do you like best about 800.com? Web interface allows simple configuration. Generally good call quality. Worry free recuring billing. Wish there was a block / country black list for international calls What do you dislike about 800.com? Call performance and call quality are sometimes spotty. Worst performance when multiple phone numbers are set as simultaneous. The difference between phone switching can be as much as 11 seconds - which is worrisome.
