What do you like best about 800.com? Easy to setup. Easy to use. Never had technical issues. What do you dislike about 800.com? First year was fine. Then I noticed they charged my credit card a lot of money. It would seem that they changed their pricing structure and just assumed they can upsell me to a higher plan that costs twice the money. "Best toll free number !"

What do you like best about 800.com? Excellent customer service, and and ease of using the portal. What do you dislike about 800.com? None so far, nothing is missing, they have provided everything necessary. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems, ability to offer toll-free numbers to my clients.

What do you like best about 800.com? Seamless call forwarding, emailed VMs, set calling hours, easy to use online portal What do you dislike about 800.com? Would like more customization options if available, and more flexibility for a call to be forwarded to multiple people. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems, sometimes I can't answer in time before the call goes to VM when a call comes through, so would be great if it would ring longer.

"Super convenient and fast, very fair prices, just what we were looking for!"

What do you like best about 800.com? We were able to secure a vanity toll free number in a matter of minutes. What do you dislike about 800.com? No downside I can think of! We were very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the site. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a toll free vanity number with voicemail and modern features and this did it all with very fast setup in minutes. I thought it would take way longer but it was fast and painless!

"Easy to setup and use"

What do you like best about 800.com? Very easy for people to contact me, and the number routes to my existing phone. What do you dislike about 800.com? I'm not sure if there is an app, but I would like to be able to check statistics and reports on my phone. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to have a single number as point of contact for existing and potential clients is key to making it easy for them to reach me.

"Great Service"

What do you like best about 800.com? I was able to incorporate my business into the toll free number and I didn't have to get another phone from my servicer What do you dislike about 800.com? I don't think there's anything I like least, this has been a great benefit to my business and most cost effective way of adding a business line What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Having to answer my own calls

"A Simple Process for an otherwise difficult task!"

What do you like best about 800.com? 800.com made it a super simple process to search for a phone number that would work for us and even easier to start using it. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the number I wanted, I could immediately set up forwarding for the number online. They even called and emailed me afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if I had any questions. A very friendly company that I will continue to use in the future!
