What do you like best about 800.com? Easy to set up and use. No lag in call forwarding. What do you dislike about 800.com? I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? 800 allows us to filter calls to correct person by setting up multiple call tress.

What do you like best about 800.com? I like the fact that I get a message that I have a message. I need to set it up so I get a text as I'm not always on email What do you dislike about 800.com? I would like to be able to customize more What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? A simple number that I can give customers to reach us and not have to burden myself with constant calls

The limited number of characters one can use in text campaigns. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? I believe they are doing a better job on their customer care

We have no office staff, so the auto-attendant service is invaluable.

What do you like best about 800.com? The site allows you to route incoming calls through a proxy, making it easy to see who has called and when. You can see the average number of calls you get in a day and where they have come from. Great for understanding your customer base. What do you dislike about 800.com? On occasion, the site will take up to ten minutes to route a call or email where you expect it. If a site needs two factor ID, for example, expect a frustrating wait to see that code ...

What do you like best about 800.com? My 1-800 account has a lot of useful features like call forwarding and voicemail notification. What do you dislike about 800.com? When a call is forwarded, you can only see either the originating number or the forwarding number, but not both. It would be great to have both. What do you like best about 800.com? 800.con was east to set up online and had an easy user interface and dashboard making it simple to transfer calls to different team members. 800.com also made it easy to set up welcome messages for new clients. What do you dislike about 800.com? 800.com didn't have much I didn't like.
