Food Manager Class and Test
I thought all of the information was pertinent and easy to understand. Taking the class online was very helpful as I could do it whenever it was convenient for me. I was also glad to be able to take the test online and get my certificate immediately. It made everything much simpler.

Testing tech is dated
Testing tech is dated. Flash based platform. Lock outs are often and after challenge questions were reset multiple times. Wasted hours of time in taking tests then getting locked out, then contacting support to unlock and having to restart the process again.Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrific experience!!
Absolutely horrific experience!!! I have a Mac and while I had a proctor online to take the test The site terminated three times. I was online with these dumb people for three hours. They told me that my internet connection is slow then they ran speed test and it was fine.
