Repetitive and redundant
Repetitive and redundant. Two of the lessons went over twice and multiple slides went popped up several times just worded differently. Also half of the interactive lessons are worded very poorly.

Constant software issues...
There are constant problems with the software. I have completed multiple courses, and even after completing the course sometimes 3 or 4 times, it still shows up as in progress and will not allow me to download or print my certificates. Customer service is slow and for the most part unable to help solve the problems, and I have had to call back to follow up multiple times in order to get anything fixed.
