Only 1 negative thing...

Only negative thing is the times for each slide are way off. Once slide is done being review, some slides, not all, have a 12=25 second delay before you can advance.

Bait and switch.The ad online said the course was 49$

The ad online said the course was 49$, then 59$, then I was charged 96$. Was promised a call back the following day to resolve the issue and was never contacted. Bait and switch. Talked with 4 seperate people all telling me I was wrong when they redirected me and charged me a higher cost.

The worst customer service I've ever…

The worst customer service I've ever experienced, they refused to refund a $100 class which totaled 75 hours, I only did 7 of the hours. I ended up moving states and no longer needed the class, 2 days after purchasing and speaking to multiple people and emailing - which they took 5 days to respond after sending multiple messages.

This 10 hour course will take 30-40…

This 10 hour course will take 30-40 hours because the course reads the slides to you at a slow pace and you cannot advance the slides before the reading is done. We put in about 5 hours on the course timing but only were able to get through about 1/4 of the course material based on the timing of the slides that they allow to be advanced to the next.
