I signed up for food manger…
I signed up for food manger certification after I signed up and they had my money I couldn't take the exam from my chrome book, I asked for a refund and it was awful just talking to someone on phone, then I was told to email my receipt which I did someone was suppose to get my refund within 48 hours, after several emails I have not heard anything back from them, this class costed me 55 dollars plus a missed day of work and I would not trust this site ever again

As is indicated by my giving the program four stars, I think it was well done. The ability to work at my own pace was a big plus. The interactive portions of the training was good. I found the course material to be a very encompassing and broad overview of the differing safety issues encountered in a wide variety of industrial and construction applications. Most of the material also included related pictures are graphics to help with clarity.Some areas that could improve the course:1) More pictures are necessary especially in the section dealing with mechanical configurations2) It was a bit to slow for me. I believe there is a flaw in the program.Every other similar course shows the correct answer after the test has been completed, SO THAT THE STUDENT CAN LEARN FROM THE EXPERIENCE, otherwise, he/she never gets to know what the correct answer is!This should be done at the quiz level as well as the final.

Go find another CE provider
Go find another CE provider, the course format, quizzes, and tests are all terrible here. There are a lot of typos, the text is read very slowly with no opportunity to pass slides or go back. I found another company and completed my CE in a fraction of the time. Thanks WebCE!
