The Website is not Mobile Friendly…
The Website is not Mobile Friendly enough. I could not see the Video Questions at all. I could not Enhance the Screen to make it bigger. My husband had to Read the Question for me to be able to answer the Question. It is real slow to load the page on the phone. . Some people might actually fail the course just because of not being able to see the Video Questions from the Videos they watched. If you made it where we could Enhance the Screen that would help. I signed up for food manger…
I signed up for food manger certification after I signed up and they had my money I couldn't take the exam from my chrome book, I asked for a refund and it was awful just talking to someone on phone, then I was told to email my receipt which I did someone was suppose to get my refund within 48 hours, after several emails I have not heard anything back from them, this class costed me 55 dollars plus a missed day of work and I would not trust this site ever again
