Gets the job done, needs a facelift
This course gets the job done. The interface is a bit dated and is not optimized for mobile browsers. Other than the aesthetics the content is good and prepared me well for the test.

Problems logging on
Problems logging on, multiple times, in just a few days. Issue's were resolved quickly however, but with foreign customer support that was difficult to understand. Forced seat time and listening to slides well after I had read information. Required seat time of 10 hours, and more like 12 to 13 hours just to listen to them read each slide aloud to you before you can click next. Would only recommend because of price and convenience.

Feels Outdated, Disappointing
The general aesthetic of it demonstrates a lack of effort. The fonts don't all match, there is a lack of congruency in the voice of the narration, the images used are often not relevant and re-used throughout. In one of the example scenarios, a male boss addresses the female worker, Ana, as "sweetheart", I find this to be a disappointing endorsement of sexual harassment of women in the workplace. Do better.
