Only because 0 stars is not possible. As an American company in USVI, I wasn’t allowed other options than 2Checkout. It took over 2 months to get our website approved. We missed the Christmas season. If you try to reconcile accounts, know that they will never match because 2Checkout reserves a rollover retainer and doesn’t have proper reporting to match sales versus actual money received. No news of the refunds
It is now months (after a couple of years of hold) that someone from 2Checkout told here on TrustPilot that we'll solve your problem. Still, no action taken and our earning is still with 2checkout. Unprofessionalism, No transparency, the worse company to trust for our funds.

The most worse service providers out there
This 2checkout payment gateway is among the most worse service providers out there. They always have robotic replies and do not listen to anything and resolve the cases as per their own mood and will. I am surprised as in how this company is still working and has not gone bank corrupt. Please do not work with them. This is my only request to the customers and also to the vendors. Very, very, extremely poor support in 2CO.
If buyer start PayPal complaint via 2CO - you will lost your money near 100% cases.I have had already several cases with buyers which did not want longer delivery due the Covid-19, They starts the complaint in PayPal/2CO and seller lost the money and items.Very, very, extremely poor support in 2CO.
