What do you like best? There is nothing to like about 2Checkout, that competitors wouldn't have What do you dislike? Lack of customer support - No phone number available - Awful customer service - Horrific platform - Sloppy 2 Factor Authentification What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 2 Checkout is supposed to facilitate online payment through my platform, but it is in fact responsible for all the bottlenecks in my company development

2Checkout is a scam. Their customer service is among the most mediocre in the industry, I have been waiting for weeks for answers and support. Platform is utterly complicated to use and full of glitches. I would not even recommend it to my biggest competitor. Awful Customer Service !

I set up my company with 2checkout in May, I used only paypal before but some of my customers had asked to pay by cards, I wish I had never done this. They now have over €3,000 of my money and will not communicate with me as to how I can get it. Every e-mail I send I'm told it's being referred to the risk team and I hear nothing from the risk team. Ich habe mir bei diesem Anbieter Nero…

Ich habe mir bei diesem Anbieter Nero checkitup pro gekauft. Software wurde installiert. Bekam auch eine Registrier Nummer, die leider nicht funktionierte. Schrieb eine Mail. Sollte mich an Nero wenden. Ist aber nicht mein Ansprechpartner. Produkt wurde bei 2Checkout gekauft. Deshalb habe ich innerhalb von 14 Tagen den Kauf storniert. Leider bis heute kein Geld bekommen. Deshalb Finger von diesem Anbieter.

Best e-commerce platform for software products

2Checkout, or you may know it as Avangate, is my favorite e-commerce platform for selling software. I have used 2Checkout Vendor account for more than 10 years in my previous company where I worked as marketing manager. Also, I have been using 2Checkout affiliate to earn commission in the past 4 years as a soho worker. If you want to buy, sell or promote software, Avangate will always be a good choice.

Отказ в открытии аккаунта без объяснения причин. Никаких документов не запрашивали, вопросов не задавали. Когда дослал все возможные документы сам - ответ: пересмотру решение не подлежит и они считают себя вправе по нераскрываемым причинам закрывать любой счёт и отказывать в любом обращении.
