Be AWARE possible fraud
I purchased items via this company and paid. This was on 9 May 2020. When I noticed no delivery or despatch confirmation had been sent I requested a refund for my money. I was asked to contact the support @2checkout.com staff and I did, I was asked to send copy or proof of payment, I did as asked. It's July 10th still NO refund nothing. In fact they are now not even responding to my emails. That's why I strongly believe this company is a fraudulent company.

Very difficult to ask for a refund, goes on and on in the end gave up. So many issues with the software.

Support is ALWAYS quick and pain free
I have never had to wait for an agent which is very important in our business. The support is very efficient and knowledgable and after 2 years of working with them can't say I have had an issue. The platform itself if mildly laggy but can't say it is any worse than our other systems.

arnaque étranger
dans leur site il y a aucun bouton pour annuler renouvellement abonnement et sa c'est de l'arnaque j'ai enregistré leur pages il y a rien le service clients on comprend rien a cause de vous vos partenaire perde plein clients merci paypal il ma aidé a bloqué l’abonnementbande de voleur cordialement
