Excellent quick response to my request to change from a Family to Individual 1 password. I had forgotten to change it beforehand. 1 Password replied very quickly ( next day) with a message saying my issue would be passed onto a human who would contact me. Unparalleled Support

I just wanted to say that for my wife and I the transition to the subscription and 1PW8 was an arduous process. But the 1PW tech support was the only reason I did not give up. They always had a quick answer (sometimes same day) or question and usually had just what we needed. Sometimes they sent me detailed step by step instructions which very helpful. Friendly and prompt

I was pretty stressed about the issue I was having it the service I received was prompt and friendly and when there was a technical problem with an email I sent I was contacted immediately. The solution to my problem was straightforward and quick. 11 on 10! Would ask for help again!

Real support from real, highly competent humans!

The problem I was trying to solve was complicated by the involvement of a third-party vendor who bundled 1Password into their offering. I wanted to switch to a direct 1Password account. Right away, this was something that required actual humans to pay attention and take the time to understand and resolve. Keturah and Siân-Kathryn at 1Password did exactly that. It's very rare these days to find thinking, knowledgable, problem-solving support specialists!
