So Good All the Time
Been using 1 password to manage personal and work. Sharing with my wife allows separate and overview of everything, on all our devices, iPhones, iPads, iMacs, MacBook Pros, it's seamless and a great user experience. Top Shelf.

Extremely responsive
I had an issue and I got a reply by email not even 10 minutes after submitting a ticket, and after half an hour it was solved. Very impressed, and I can only recommend this product so far.

Excellent support
Quick, easy, email response was perfect. Solution was easy. This is the best way to do support for something that is none critical. I am rolling out 1Password to my company and this is the person version I set up from it. 1Passwords team has given me huge confidence in the support I will receive on a corporate level. Nice work!!

So much better than the other "guys"
They were willing to work with me to offer a new customer incentive. I also am a long time (over 12 years) with a competitor that rhymes with LastGas. After two too many security breaches I decided to research something BETTER. Well hands down I found it with 1Password! Thank you for your excellent support and service.

In the five years that I've been using…
In the five years that I've been using 1password, it's become a central part of my IT security. Sometimes the integration with browsers is a bit clunky, and depends on the website. But on the whole it's been super useful and I've never had reason to doubt the safety of the information it holds, which is really the key thing.
