Great Support When Needed
While I prefer speaking with someone regarding my issue I found that emailing back & forth also resolved the issue. The 1Password technical folks (Chris & Max) were very helpful.

Touch ID not unlocking 1Password for Safari
i had a problem with unlocking the 1Password for Safari with the Touch ID from my Mac and the solution present solved my problem. The explanation was very well detailed.

The best online support ever…
Han a number of problems transferring to 1Password8, largely because I’m 76 and slowing up! I submitted a number of help requests and each was answered promptly and quickly resolved. Their patience and gentle handling made a huge difference to me. Everything now sorted and I’m one happy customer. If only all online support was as supportive and just plain kind. Highly recommended
