Ash was extremely helpful. I left a few years ago to try the competition but I inquired about matching Wired.com's special promotional price. Although that particular promotion was only for new users (I've been a user for at least 4 years prior to me leaving), he was able to work with me and come up with a solution that pursuaded me to return to 1Password!!
