I had a conversation with 1Password support since I was changing from LastPass password manager to their password manager. The response time was fantastic, and they provided me with the required guidance and information needed to make the transition seamless.

I had a few questions before switching to 1Password. I was going around and around on their website looking for answers. When I reached out to online support, the representative was responsive helpful and answered my questions. I did have to wait a few hours for a responses, but the wait time was reasonable.
