This is what "Support" should be
I had a billing related problem, that I wasn't even sure could be solved. I eventually decided to reach out to the support team to discuss options and they were wonderful to deal with. The support team at 1Password understood my problem, provided clear instructions for action that I needed to take and resolved my billing issue too without any fuss. Extremely professional and prompt. Thank you 1Password team.

Excellent service by 1Password Customer Support
1 Password Customer Support has been consistently excellent in performance. Answers have been within eight hours. The person answering has taken the time to understand my problem in depth before formulating an answer. As a result, the answer solves my problem or explains why it cannot be solved, is clear and to the point. The answer assumes minimum IT knowledge on my part, which is correct and greatly aids comprehension.
