I recently switched to 1Password from Keeper. The support staff that helped me with making the switch was quick to respond, really friendly and super helpful. The Android and Windows apps and browser extension have a slick and intuitive design that lets you do almost everything you'd need to do with ease, I like it very much. I had lost my access to the password app due to a problem with my iPhone in which they had to reset it to the factory settings. I got in touch with the password app team and they helped me restore the app. Initially the information was there, but it wasn’t prompting the passwords and they were able to tell me what settings I had to tick on my phone in order to get it all back. The support person kept working with me…
The support person kept working with me until the problem was solved. It was clear that they had actually read my emails. It took a number of days to completely solve all of the problems, but they patiently kept working with me until it was all fixed on all my devices. I also appreciated the courtesy and politeness.
