Smooth change of VAT profile
I experienced a very professional and smooth handling of changing my personal account to a business account. Especially the change of set up regarding VAT - going from paying VAT being a person in EU from paying no VAT being a company in EU. The change was with very few and simple steps - and a refund of VAT was made immediately.

Comprehensive support
I work with Windows, Linux and iOS. The important thing is that your tool saves me time on all operating systems.I also need to be able to differentiate on the basis of ports. Security is mandatory.

The 1Password software is great and works well with my MacBook and iPhone. Needed a little support with my renewal and the team was professional and responded quickly to get my account upgraded!

THE BEST support
THE BEST support, bar none. Reporting any issue with this software results in comprehensive, exacting & interested responses from a team that really cares about 1Password and any problems one might have. Josh Davila in particular, kept at it, providing more granular troubleshooting and resolution fixes as things went along. His root cause was spot-on, and the no-nonsense approach (ie avoiding asking you to do something you've already tried) is most appreciated.

Amazing support team and awesome app
I enquired about any discounts offered in case I switch from Proton Pass and 1password. The 1password team offered me 90% discount. Its not about the discount but the kind of support I receiced is really overwhelming. I am experiencing such a great support after a VERY long time. I am happy to be switching to 1password and continue my journey for years tk come. Thank you!
