Good support

Several representatives responded quickly to my issues and recommended a workable solution. I was skeptical of the customer service system since it required an email to start the process, but I was pleasantly surprised when the email was responded to in a timely way.

Dear 1Password, Just wanted to let you know that your Support Staff are great. I ran into an unexpected issue last week and have been working with them to resolve it, only to find out it wasn't a 1Password issue! But the point is, your staff were great even using just email communication. 1Password is consistently above and beyond expectations. Their approach to your data security is _meticulous_ and I urge anyone interested to read their blog on the lengths they go to keep your data safe both on your machine and their infrastructure. On top of that, their support staff is on top of their game and will go out of their way to help you with any query you might have, big or small.

clear instructions

clear instructions, timely responses and awesome follow up. The only issue i would say is it was/seemed for a non tech person a hard way to get in touch to log a help ticket. But once logged it was actioned and followed up daily.

Great Support | Transition to Family Plan

I was subscribed through Apple and needed to upgrade my account to a Family Plan. I wrote into support. They responded quickly with not just instructions but also assurance that my passwords were protected and would be ported over. I'm not a tech-wizard, but the instructions were simple to follow.
