Fantastic support even before signing up
I researched a number of password managers, looking for a solution for my family. I made the call, mostly based on feature set and security (incl. audits), to go with 1Password, which the company I work for has been using for years now. I contacted support before setting up the account - I wanted to do it in EU. I was warmly welcomed and received fantastic support, even before having an account with them. I will be happy to onboard my family and support the product with a paid subscription.
