Support responded quickly with clear, concise and to-the-point instructions. I wish all companies could do this. Great job!

Customer service is excellent

I had a problem saving passwords to various websites. I contacted customer support on Saturday and received a confirmation that they would response promptly. On Sunday I received an email from Julia with instructions on how to fix the problem. The instructions were easy to follow and corrected the problem. The customer service was efficient, effective and prompt. 5 stars for 1Password.

Great UX, Service and discounts!

First off all, through a lot of research, I found that 1password gives me exactly what I need - convenient syncing while still being safe. I was totally ready to shift my data to 1Password from my other password manager: the thing that pushed me to do it immediately was their willingness to discount the price of my annual subscription based on how many months I have left from my subscription of my previous password manager. Great email customer service

I opened an individual account with 1Password a couple years ago, and I've been very happy with it. Recently my daughter opened a family account, of which I am a part, so after using that for awhile with no problems, I wanted to cancel my individual account. I had several email exchanges with support staff, and all of them were prompt, productive and friendly. Great app and they actually get back to you if any issues

I've been using 1Password for a few years now and always quick to reply if any issues, which aren't often. Recently had to chat about the annual billing and they replied right away and remedied the situation. Would recommend the app.

1Password does not have a robot trying to understand your needs: it has instead a friendly and kind human staff ready to solve your problems. Very short time for answer/reply to your queries.. Not so common these days! The problems I've had (incorrect registration, made with 1Password.com instead of .eu) was managed and explained step-by-step by support team.
