Quality Customer Support
I had quickly set up my 1Password account after a hack experience. I did it in haste, skipped printing the Emergency kit and forgot my main password thus having to wipe my account and start over (rookie mistake). Throughout the process of communicating back and fort with customer service I received quick, detailed responses that provided just the information I needed without overwhelming me as I was dealing with a stressful situation. I appreciate each rep that communicated with me.

A Clear Leader in the Industry!
Excellent company with top-notch customer service! I've been using 1Password for many years now and have no complaints. Their password manager is packed with great features yet remains intuitive to use. What sets them apart, in my opinion, are their fantastic employees. Everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly, responsive, and ready to assist with any questions you might have. Excellent Support Experience with 1Password

Excellent service from Mark-Shane
Mark was excellent at helping me migrate to 1Password8! I felt confident in his instructions, and I always knew he'd respond timely. I was quite nervous about this upgrade, but Mark made me comfortable throughout the process, and was diligent in working through all options.
